The Park Forest Branch Library offers a wide variety of programming for young children, teens, and adults. Some highlights include storytime, crafternoon, Lego builders, adult art class, computer tutoring, and a senior book club. The branch also offers English classes for native Spanish speakers.

Sheldon has trained with multiple organizations such as the NCAA, NFL, and professional soccer to learn the best framework possible when helping active individuals achieve their desired results. His expertise in spinal care such as the low back, thoracic, and neck pain is focused on bringing your body back to life!
